Tuling is British computer scientist Alan Turing’s last name in the form of Chinese Pinyin. We give our company this name because we also want to make breakthroughs in our area. Even if the achievement can not be as profound as Turing’s, Tuling team is always holding high our passion and motivation in metal fabrication.
Our team is consisted of engineers with decades of expriences, they are specialized in tool design, process optimization, quality management and project management. Since 2012, our team begin to run our first business from metal stamping, we have provide metal fabrication service to hundreds of customers from China and over 30 countries. Our services also expand from metal stamping to more areas, such as plastic insert molding, die casting, multiple surface finishing and welding techniques, Tuling’s laminated busbar products are shipping to our end customer with annual volume more than 1000000 pieces.
Now, our team is growing more than 300 employees, we have comprehensive quality certification and management system, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949, etc. Each of the operator are working hard for a flawless production and successful delivery under our quality control system. most of our small metal part projects are running and inspected automatically without human intervention.

In terms of infrastructure, we keep investing our facility, we purchased top level pressing machines with minimized variations, also conbine the completed line of secondary process, such as welding, joining, finishing and automation systems. We can achieve 90% of our quality check works in automation, which leads to a cost competitive and stable output operation.
We also have regular training and review of our management team. Our management cost is going down every year and it will also save lots of wastes and scraps in our production. We are making Tuling into a suatainable firm.
Tuling also keeps focus on innovations, we acquire dozens of patents from our research and developemnt team, we are a good example of creativity in such a tranditional industry.
