Tuling Aluminum Heatsinks
At Tuling, we utilize Al 6063-T5 and A6061 to manufacture our extruded aluminum heat sink. Our engineers optimize the alu heatsink design to enhance the heat transfer and overall device performance. We can produce fins of 0.08 mm thickness and customizable numbers. Our aluminum heatsinks are anodized and can be of any color of your choice (black, gold, silver, etc.).
Tuling Aluminum Heat Sink Features

Tuling aluminum sinks are power-saving and long lasting.

Tuling aluminum heat sinks are lightweight and of compact design.

The thermal resistance of our aluminum heat sinks lies between 0.019 °C/W to 3.347 °C/W

Our heat sinks can be installed with screw mount, top mount, push-pin, mounting clips, and adhesives.
Technical Specification of Tuling Extruded Heat Sink
| Low Density | 2700 kg/m3 |
| High Strength | 70 to 700 MPa |
| Thermal Conductivity (Machined Aluminum Heatsink) | Approximately 167W/m-K |
| Thermal Conductivity (Extruded Aluminum Heatsink) | Approximately 167W/m-K |

Size Customization of Tuling Aluminum Heatsinks
We have advanced stamping and heat sink extrusion machines at Tuling to produce sinks of any size and shape, e.g., round aluminum heat sink. Common sizes for our aluminum heat sink are,
Small Aluminum Heat Sink
- 19 mm x 19 mm x 4.8 mm
- 22 mm x 22 mm x 10 mm
- 40 mm x 40 mm x 20 mm
Large Aluminum Heat Sink
- 100 mm x 14 mm x 6 mm
- 100 mm x 100 mm x 30 mm
- 300 mm x 140 mm x 20 mm
Surface Treatment of Tuling Aluminum Heatsink
Anodization is preferable for aluminum heat sinks to protect them from corrosion and increase their service life. We have a separate facility to conduct surface treatment for the aluminum sinks.
In the beginning, we place the aluminum piece in an electrolytic bath. Next, we pass a low voltage, high amperage direct current through them. It imparts an even and thin protection layer over the heat sink.

Application of Tuling Aluminum Heatsinks
Our extruded aluminum heat sinks are widely used in,
- Power modules
- LED light transistor
- Electrical and electronic devices
- Transistor and semiconductor devices
- Radiators
Benefits of Tuling Aluminum Heat Sinks
Due to the high ductility and machining ability, we can customize the aluminum heat sinks as per your specifications. Our heatsinks exhibit good thermal conductivity. The optimal thermal dissipation of our heat sinks reduces the risk of hardware failure caused by overheating. You can expect considerable electrical conductivity from the aluminum heat sinks as well.

Copper has a better thermal properties than aluminum. However, aluminum can exhibit the same thermal conductivity as copper in half the weight. Moreover, the aluminum heat sinks are less costly than the copper ones.
