Reliable Battery Busbar Manufacturer in China

Tuling Battery Terminal Bus Bar

Our battery busbars are made of high-conductive metals like aluminum and copper. These bars can be directly attached to the positive and negative battery terminals.

Tuling busbars have 3 to 12 connection points to organize the wires neatly. Hence, the electrical battery system now offers efficient current flow with minimum energy loss.

We use stainless steel screws to secure the wire connections and deliver higher conductivity. Our battery busbars are available in #8-32 screw terminal types.

Technicalities of Busbars for Batteries
Materials for Battery Pack Busbar

Materials for Our Battery Pack Busbar

We choose materials that provide maximum conductivity in our battery busbars. Our recommended metals are,

  • Aircraft Aluminum
  • Tin-plated pure electrical copper (C11000)
  • Silver-plated copper
  • Copper clad aluminum
  • Nickel plated brass

Tuling Battery Busbar Customization

Our battery bus bars can accommodate wires of different sizes. For example,

  • 16 AWG to 14 AWG
  • 12 AWG to 10 AWG
  • 8 AWG to 4 AWG

We choose stud sizes for our battery busbars depending on the current requirements. The M5 and M6 studs suit smaller batteries and low-current applications, while the M8 and M10 studs are preferred for higher-current applications.

Insulation of Battery Busbar

Insulation of Tuling Battery Busbar

Insulating battery bus bars is crucial to prevent short circuits and provide electrical safety. We usually choose heavy and mechanically strong insulated materials for the busbars. Our top selections are,

  • PVC or ABS coating
  • Rubber sleeves
  • Polymer cases
  • Epoxy resin coatings

These insulations are heat and flame-resistant. They have a durable build and meet the safety requirements.

Tuling Battery Busbar Applications

Our battery bus bars can serve high-voltage battery cells and battery packs in low-current applications. They are compatible with RV, truck, car, vehicle, boat, and electrical appliance battery systems. Tuling’s battery bars can be specially customized for aerospace, aviation, telecommunication, and energy storage systems.

Battery Busbar Applications
What is a battery busbar?

This is a conductive bar that can establish a secure connection among multiple battery cells. A battery busbar can ensure stable current flow in battery storage systems.

Do Tuling battery bus bars follow international standards?

Tuling is an ISO 9001:2015 accredited manufacturer. Hence, we maintain international standards while producing busbars and other products. Tuling’s battery bus bars have IEC 61439, UL 508A, ISO 16750, and IEEE 837 certifications.

How are Tuling battery bus bars manufactured?

We utilize stamping techniques to fabricate battery bus bars for the electrical systems. The solid bars are first cut into the desired size and then formed into a specific shape. Next, we perform drilling, punching, plating, and joining operations
