Tuling Diffusion Welding Service
Tuling uses diffusion bonding to join parts, demanding highest dimensional accuracy and minimum distortion. We primarily utilize heated graphite and added pressure for diffusion bonding. We have a facility for vacuum bonding to eliminate contamination. Our machines can reach a uniform pressure of 2000 tons and a temperature of 1300C.
