Tuling Grounding Busbar
Tuling ground bus bars are made of plated copper, aluminum, and stainless steel. A 100 – 300 micro-inch tin, silver, or nickel plating inhibits corrosion resistance and enhances conductivity in the bus bars.
For safety, we can add UL-recognized standoff insulators (e.g., polyester, UV-coated polyester, ceramic) to the bus bars. Our insulators are rated UIMP up to 7.2KV.
Tuling insulated earth bus bars can safely carry over 1100 Amps of current and withstand temperatures above 105°C. We can make dual-rated bus bars necessary for single-pole and customized applications.
We optimize the ground bus bar hole patterns and mounting points for easy installation and secure connection. All our bus bars follow NEMA Code 0-000-1, BICSI, TIA-607, UL 94 V0, cULus, and RoHS standards.
Tuling Earth Busbar Products

Electrical grounding busbars prevent faulty current dissipation.

TGB protects sensitive telecom devices from current overruns or voltage surges.

This busbar is installed around the perimeter of an electric room.

These busbars connect multiple grounding conductors to a single panel.

A main ground bus bar offers earthing to the entire electrical system.

The terminal bus bar terminates and connects earthing conductors.
Tuling Ground Busbar Features

Grounding bus bars come with holes and slots for establishing secure connections.

These bus bars can handle fault currents without equipment damage.

Ground bus bars are mostly made of highly conductive copper or aluminum.

Insulated ground bars prevent accidents due to electrical shock.
Tuling Ground Busbar Customization
Materials: Tuling allows its customers to choose materials of their choice for their busbar projects. Our recommended metals for busbar earthing are, ETP 110 Alloy unplated copper, tin-plated copper, aluminum, and galvanized stainless steel.
Dimensions: Ideal grounding busbar sizes are 1/4” in thickness, 4” in width and length ranges from 12” to 24”. We can custom make bus bars of any dimensions (e.g. 1/4″ X 2″ X 120″).
Hole Pattern: We can punch any hole patterns, e.g., horizontal thru, horizontal splice, vertical tee, horizontal tee, parallel trap, etc., on the bus bars. We can control the size and number of these holes and slots.

Tuling Grounding Bus Bar Installation Guide
Tuling ground bus bars are easy to install. The following tips might come in handy,
- Ground bus bar installation requires insulated hardware attachments. We source the hardware and brackets according to client’s demands.
- We provide assembly brackets wider than the grounding bars for ease of installation.
- Tuling earthing busbars can be attached to the mounting surface with bolts, screws, and other fasteners. Welding might be done on heavy-duty applications to secure the bus bar position. Beam clamps are necessary to install the bus bar on towers or iron structures.
- Now, connect the grounding conductors to the busbar and tighten the terminal screws for a reliable electrical connection.
Tuling Ground Bus Bar Applications
Our ground bus bars are suitable for both low and high-voltage applications. Some usages of Tuling earthing busbars are found in,
- Telecommunications: Telecommunications grounding busbars add a common earthing point in the telecommunication room, securing the telecom equipment from voltage surges.
- Industrial Equipment: Bus bars are installed in large industrial machinery to create a path of electrical energy dissipation in the ground and ensure worker safety.
- Residential and Commercial Buildings: The grounding bus bars play a big role in centralizing the building earthing system by offering multi-wire connections.
- Renewable Energy Sources: Ground bus bars are perfect for effective power distribution and protect against lightning.
- Vehicle and Transportation: The automotive ground bus bar provides an earthing path to the vehicle’s electrical component.

Plexiglass is used to insulate and protect the ground bus bars. It is not a mandatory part of the earthing bars. Tuling can provide plexiglass protection on your demand.
Tuling ground bus bars can also serve as bonding bus bars. As long as the voltage and current requirements are met, the bars can be a common grounding point for multiple electronics.
