Tuling Insert Molding Solutions

We can process parts with customized dimensions (e.g., 1x1x1 mm) with a tight tolerance of  ±0.001″. We have rapid tooling, production tooling, and multi-cavity molding facilities. We use steel, aluminum and brass metals as inserts. For plastic injection, our preferences are  ABS, PP, and PE.
