Tuling Laminated Busbar
Tuling can produce laminated electrical bus bars with customized sizes, e.g., 2000 mm*1200 mm. We can tailor-make both single- and multi-layer rigid and flexible laminated busbars. Our facility also allows you to select a specific edge treatment, for example, open edge, pinch seal, and epoxy fill for your bus bars.
Our bus bars can smoothly operate in -40 – 85℃ temperatures. We can influence the current capacity, electrical resistance, and heat dissipation of our bus bars with the lamination thickness. We can control the conductor metal thickness down to 1mm for enhanced performance.
Tuling performs HiPot, PD, and Megger tests to measure the efficiency of the laminated bus bars. Our products align with IEC 60950 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Features Of Tuling Laminated Busbars

Low inductance of layered busbars reduces EMI effect and energy loss.

Larger surface area prevents overheating and mechanical failures.

The stacked conductive and insulation layers take less space.

The layered structure decreases the risk of installation errors and vibration failures.

Tuling Laminated Bus Bar Production Line
We offer you a comprehensive service on your busbar project, from designing to packaging. Take a look at how Tuling mass produces laminated bus bars:
- Our laminated busbar production starts with the selection of raw materials for conductive metals and dielectrics.
- We follow the standard assembly of two conductive layers and a dielectric material in between. The dielectric material is coated with a molten reactive adhesive, which ensures a tenacious grip between the multilayers.
- Next, we use a die cutter to cut the stack into our desired shape and size.
- Then, we diffusion bond the layers and use bending or punching to bring the final shape.
- To finish up, we apply a neat insulating coating on our product.
Tuling Laminated Busbar Applications
Our bus bars have a wide range of applications, including,
- Electric Automotives: Battery packs, DC-AC converters, and charging systems of various types of electrical vehicles run on laminated busbars.
- Data Centers: Our laminated busbars provide spike-free voltage waves required for voltaic memory. It can prevent fluctuations and ensure uninterrupted power generation.
- Industrial Automation And Electronics: Tuling laminated busbars can keep up with high power demands necessary in industrial automations.
- Power Electronics: Laminated bus bars are perfect for an efficient power distribution and reduced noise production in power electronics.

Laminated bus bars have low inductance and reduced resistance, making them suitable for high-current applications. Flexible bus bars, on the other hand, are made for narrow spaces and damping high-vibration applications.
Yes. Tuling high-frequency laminated bus bars include insulator films between the conductor layers. The insulation minimizes inductance and the EMI effect present in high-frequency applications.
