Largest Tin-plated Copper Bus Bar Manufacturer in China

Tuling Tin-plated Copper Bar

At Tuling, we use C110, an ASTM B152 grade copper, to manufacture our tin-plated copper bus bars. The uncoated copper bus bars offer high conductivity, excellent formability, and bendability. However, they get oxidized in high-humidity applications, interrupting the electrical flow.

Our tin-plated copper bus bars solve this oxidation and conductivity issue. The tin plating imparts corrosion protection and improves the bus bar conductivity. Hence, our tin-plated bus bars are cost-effective and durable solutions for any power distribution channel.

Tin Coated Copper Busbar Benefits

Benefits of Tuling Tin Coated Copper Busbar

Tuling’s tin-plated copper bus bars do not get blackened due to oxidation. Tin is very stable in the environment and improves rust resistance. It also reduces the raised electrical resistance due to patina growth.

Our tinned copper bar has an increased contact area and reduced lap surface contact resistance. Therefore, these bars are highly conductive and can dissipate considerable heat.

Tin-plated Copper Bus Bars Application
Does Tuling perform quality checks on the tin-plated bus bars?

Yes, we have a dedicated quality inspection team to cross-check the dimensions and surface properties of the bus bars. We also perform Hipot, partial discharge, and adhesion testing on the bars to ensure the performance efficiency.

What is the difference between tin-plated and silver-plated bus bars?

Tin-plated copper bus bars have excellent corrosion resistance and solderability. Silver-plated bus bars also show improved rust resistance and conductivity. However, silver plating is slightly more expensive than tin plating.
